Due to ongoing COVID-19 restrictions, we are unable to offer product refunds, returns, or exchanges.

If a product arrives damaged or broken, please contact customer service (rubymae.customerservice@gmail.comwithin 48 hours of the receipt date for a replacement. You must include the following: images of the damaged/broken item, screenshot of the order confirmation email.

No items will be replaced after 48 hours of the receipt date.
